Report to Head of BD in East Major for the business development for the urban planconsultancy services Supporting business development for Architecture and Landscape services Win work with key clients in accordance with business strategy Maintain key client relationship and develop new key client Contribute to development of business strategy Business expansion opportunities, in the field of key clients and new business development Analyze market opportunities, develop market share statistics and competitive analysis Establish business connection, follow up and close deals Ensure high conversion rate of sales opportunity Work with Senior Management and colleagues to drive profitable growth Give consultancy service development direction to the team Assist the management for the establishment of consultancy pricing policy Requirements:
Relevant degree holder or above;
Relevant urban consultancy and industry operation experience will be advance.
At least 7 years' business development experience in the Urban Planning consultancy services Good business connection Knowledge in marketing and project development with LDI and downstream suppliers Good presentation and communication skills Possess a strong business sense to comprehend market situation and provide insightful development direction Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to motivate and influence other people Excellent communication in spoken & written English and Mandarin is required.
Team player, able to work under pressure as well as responsible and outgoing Patient, creative with passion in the industrial.
